Exmoor's
Pantheon
Brown colt born 2002, by Flying Buttress, and out of Umber, keeping the Winged Bowman lines here at Hirondelle Natives as 'Buttress' is also a 'Bowman' son. ' Many thanks go to Stephanie Poulter of the Trellech Exmoor's for allowing me to have two of her fabulous ponies.
Having passed his Stallion assessment and licence in June 05, he has become Hirondelle's stud stallion, and will be available for light stud duties to a small amount of mares .
After been broken, he finished his first season off with being 5th in the NPS Picton Novice ridden final, and 2nd in the PUK Glyn Greenwood Inhand final, and last year winning the NPS 'Peasedown' Intermediate ridden final, and qualifying for the Royal International.
Last year he produced his first off spring a fabulous colt Hirondelle Hyperion, from our own mare Holly. And this year siring a fabulous part bred colt out of an Rosevean mare.. details and picture on the news page.
'
Palladio
Brown gelding born 1990,by Winged Bowman, and out of Sirius. 'Al' was the start of the Exmoor's here at Hirondelle Natives, when I was asked to ride him. It was from that day that the fascination for the Exmoor breed evolved. Al has won everything from his section of the Kingsford final, and his breed class, to qualifying for HOYS on two occasions and standing reserve supreme at the Midlands Exmoor breed show.
'Al' is currently looking after 'Lucy' lamb, his new 'best' friend !!!!

Holly
Brown mare born 2001, and is also by Winged Bowman and out of Bemborough Libby, making her Palladio's half sister. Bought at the NPS sales at Bulith Wells in 2003. The Dam of :-

Hirondelle Hyperion 2007.

Holly has been covered by our own Pantheon once again, so we eagerly await a full brother/sister to Hyperion.

Brown colt born 27 April 2007,
'Herbie' is out of Holly and is the first foal by our own Pantheon.
'Herbie' passed his foal inspection 3/11/07 with flying colours and now becomes 404/3
Hirondelle Hestia.
Brown filly born 10.50pm 9th April 2005, out of Holly, and by Coedy-wern Zulu.
'Hattie' is the very first of our Hirondelle Exmoor's.
'Hattie' passed her foal inspection on the 1st October with flying colours and is now branded with her numbers 404/ 1
Sweetcombe Sunbeam
Brown mare born 1993, by the late
Waltersgay Sundew, and out of Flannagan. Daisy has won the Lee Smith Kingsford
final, and has taken Alex to Ponies (UK) in First ridden.
Daisy has been covered with our own Pantheon last year, so will not be returning under saddle for a while yet as we eagerly await a foal from this first time mating !!
Hirondelle Sehrral.
Brown filly born 9.10am 28th April 2005, out of Sweetcombe Sunbeam, and by Winged Bowman.
'Dulcie' is the second of our Hirondelle Exmoor foals.
Dulcie passed her foal inspection on the 1st October 05 with flying colours and is now branded with her numbers 404/ 2
'Dulcie' is now 4yrs and will be broken shortly, ready for her novice season.

Waltersgay Marigold.
Brown filly born 2003, and was bred by Misses Marion Williams & Irene Nash. She is by Jiminy Cricket and out of Waltersgay Honey Bee, who is by Waltersgay Grasshopper.
Marigold was covered by our own Pantheon, so we eagerly await this first foal from her.
Telynor
Brown gelding born 2004, and bred by Stephanie Poulter of the Trellech Exmoor's. He is by Flying Buttress and out of Umber, making him full brother to Pantheon the stud stallion.
'Terry' is here as Alex's ride to take her into the open riddens and workers.
Many thanks must go to Stephanie once again for allowing us to buy another one of her fabulous ponies.
Terry is Mr November on the 2008 Exmoor Pony Society calendar.
